For over 18 years I have delivered complex engineering and innovation programmes across automotive, advanced engineering and energy technology — from early research through product development to industrialisation.

I have led platform development, managed international engineering teams across the UK, North America and China, overseen multi-million-pound budgets, and built governance systems for portfolios of more than 50 concurrent projects.

My work has included establishing governance systems, structuring portfolio reporting and financial control, and aligning product development discipline with executive-level decision making in regulated and performance-driven environments.

With Strateo Projet, I build on that operational experience to design delivery architecture aligned with the realities of engineering organisations, operating under tight milestones, budget constraints, regulatory oversight and cross-functional complexity.
